If you're looking for a more general book, I really like Tools of Titans by Tim Ferris. It's quick interviews with a bunch of really successful people about what they did that made them successful.
If you're looking for a really specific book about entrepreneurship, Foolproof: How to find and test great business opportunities by Jenny Douche is a New Zealand book that's the best I've ever seen about how to test your ideas before going to market. Currently working my way through it for several new ideas of my own....
Yes this. Unless you have something that no one else can do or has done, it'll be hard to do. I've met a bunch of people wanting to build a replacement Facebook but you're competing against people with millions in resources. The only group I know who've managed it had a very specific use case in mind and a ready group of users.
Residential care. They're going to be in rest homes for a very long time compared to previous generations.
