Hello, this was my grandfather's watch. When I searched online on most of them it said underneath made in USSR, but this one doesn't say that. Does it mean that it was made after USSR? in c/watches@style.land

I have a lovely old gold dipped Sekonda which has made in the USSR on it from the 60s and it still keeps perfect time.
