Chargers and screen protectors yes. For example I have bought screen protectors for $2-$3 retail. Phone cases I would have to check and also the type of material you want your phone cases made out of.

I think some people pay a couple grand for stuff like that. If you are selling, theres people willing to pay. You just have to find them. Great page

I would recommend looking at websites of surrounding cities and current one you are at and look for previous bids/contracts. Also reach out to major chains in the area. See how long the people bidding or holding contracts have been serving the area.
