I'm not really sure what Miami does with Zach Lavine. I doubt we give up Herro for him and besides him we don't really have much else to offer Chicago.

What are we doing here? Why isn’t salary cap dependent on the amount of tax players would have to pay in each city. in c/nba@nba.space

Do most NBA players even live in the city they play in? They're traveling most of the year anyway, so their actual homes are in desirable cities like LA, Miami, and New York.
