I am currently using a high refresh rate monitor with Nvidia + Wayland + KDE Plasma and it works out of the box without any setup 👍

This sounds like a fun hobby project, bookmarking this for later

I personally use AdAway after being a blokada user since blokada 3 but they kinda fell off imo

And how do you handle cable, if you have that is. Or do you use IPTV?

Don't bother choosing. Use whatever the distro gives you until you actually have a reason to switch
