As the fascist ideology demands, only the subversion and destruction of democracy can save it.

They'll do the right thing, al-right...

Yes, seriously, because you're lying. You know what? Report me. And I hope they see this as the misinformation it is.

I was only focused on victims, didn’t even catch those details

Yeah, bull-fucking-shit.

I would if I could (I'm on Reddthat, which doesn't have downvotes).

Because it's dishonest reporting. The implicit argument of the article is that Wong's trans-genderism caused them to rape toddlers.

Jace Wong, a woman formerly known as Robyn Danielle Wong who claims to be a “man,” was taking “libido-boosting” male hormones to make her appear more manly.

Slaynews.com reports: Wong pled guilty to possession and distribution of child pornography after she was caught distributing images and videos of children being abused online.

Wong was abusing children at the daycare center and uploading pictures of young boys and girls being abused to online pedophile chat rooms.

But that connection is never made explicit. So, it's always plausible you can come back and say "But it's not dishonest! No where was that claim made."

And so it provides cover for authors of misinformation for people critical of it, while also serving as evidence for people that hate transgender people and accept the implicit argument that transgenderism is highly correlated or a cause of criminality.

Except that's not true, and that's why it's misinformation. And, honestly, who the fuck cares what gender rapes children? I for one couldn't care less if it was a MtF, FtM, M, or F that abused the trust of parents by violating their children. But the right seems to think that it's okay if a male priest does it, whereas a FtM person deserves all the ire in the world.

The article really demonstrates the right's deeply fucked up worldview that permits abuse based on who does it.

I'm a huge fan of Lina Khan and her analysis of anti-trust law generally and her case against Amazon specifically.

So, what was annoying about this article was that it specifically praised Amazon's abhorrent treatment of workers as "overwhelming ambition", bolded above. In doing so, it tries to draw a parallel between the Bezos's totalizing vision and Lina Khan's egalitarianism. But Cory Doctorow, the dude his introduced the concept of "Enshittification", in his recent speech at Def Con 31, recently called out Lina Khan and her colleagues as "doing the lord's work".

I can see how this might seem tangentially related to work reform. But Amazon's wealth was built on the back of its workers. And Lina Khan's endeavor to break it up is probably the most significant step within the institution over the last 40 years.

Wtf is wrong with you?

So there are other D-words. There’s delay. There’s division. Get climate advocates fighting with each other about, like, whether they’re vegans or not or whether they drive a car or not. Get climate advocates fighting with each other so you divide and conquer the movement. That’s division. Delay: “Oh, look, we can fix the problem with geoengineering, with carbon capture down the road. Trust us, we’ll be able to fix it.” So “let us continue to burn fossil fuels now. We will fix it later.” Delay. And that’s what they want. They want people disengaged on the sidelines rather than on the front lines. We see these tactics literally playing out today.

If you're like, "...what does this look like in the wild?" It looks like this, or this, and especially this.

Yes...yes it does.
