I got my Citizen Chronomaster with white paper dial for under $2k used. It brings a lot to the table with a 5 seconds/year high accuracy quartz, perpetual date, solar powered, and titanium that’s treated to be scratch resistant.

I’ve been looking at this model for the past two years, did it get discontinued? I know as a while Citizen is moving to replace the word “Chronomaster” with the eagle symbol on the bottom half of the dial.

Dang, that’s too bad. I sold a SARB035 that was +/-5 seconds a day. And I have a SARB033 that’s +/-10 seconds a day.

Most Seiko’s you don’t need to service until you’re having an issue. Then I would just replace the movement and gaskets.
