Cool story bro.

For better or worse it was his flagship legislation.
Here's a refresher for you on which branch does what. (Hint: the President is the Executive branch, and Congress is the Legislative branch).
USA.gov - Branches of Government
And here's more about the ACA, including who introduced it to Congress...I'll give you a hint, it wasn't Obama.
Affordable Care Act - Wikipedia
I understand it is commonly referred to as one of his flagship policies, but my point is that he is one person in a much larger process. Do you disagree?
I don't really care though, it isn't a laziness competition.
No competition, I was asking what the difference between the two were. You seemed to have no problem stating your opinion when the question was directed at someone else, so I wanted to give you a platform to continue with your thoughts, feelings, and opinions on that subject to expand the discussion. But like you said, 'I don't really care though'.
It also doesn't help your case that, until COVID, cost of living was significantly less expensive in the US during Donald's first term.
Wasn't Donald the guy in charge during COVID?
Is it any more 'lazy' than this person jumping straight to Obama as the responsible 'party 'when the ACA is mentioned?
Whatever helps you sleep at night bro. The signs were on the wall and you missed it.
Lol, you sure have a lot of opinions. What part about it is 'lazy'?
Edit: What is your plan? Enlighten us wise one.
Still waiting on your dear leader's 'concept of plan'.
If you get 'lied to' from a proven con artist and grifter, you're a sucker.
This is an ignorant approach. Do your homework, think for yourself, and vote based on the candidate(s), not solely party affiliation.
