I think, if they are preserved for windows DRM and anti-cheat free, it should be no problem launching them using wine / proton. In the other hand, a native Linux game will not run as smooth on WSL as a comparison.

I play all my games via steam, was the easiest way to set up proton for me. 😂 now I have my productive windows app in the steam library as well 🤷🏻

Don’t just delete the app, delete the whole account!

Yea, have you heard about project 2025?

With choosing trump, the American people have chosen that they approve that project.

At least, so do I see it.

Yea, I know 😂 why you telling me that??

Misinformation is not defined by the knowledge of the one who spreads it (like if the spreader knows that it is wrong), it is therefore a useful word to use in journalism, since, if you would say it is lie or disinformation, you would have to be able to prove that or the victim of your text can sue you for misusing your credibility to spread misinformation (yea, funny irony here) and force you to take the story down.

😅how did I not see this answer prior writing mine 😂🙈

The difference is, that with lies, you have to know it is untrue and say it anyway, where with misinformation, there is a possibility that the one telling it believes it is true.

Well that is how I understand the word lying defined: Say something you know is not true in order to manipulate others.

Or again different said: a lie is always misinformation, but misinformation is not always a lie.

Hope that is understandable 😇

Hey there

I have to add backported drivers to my 5.15 kernel source in order to create a embedded Linux on kernel 5.15 compatible with newer devices like 5ghz wifi dongles.

I understood that I have to use this command:

Python3 ./ gentree --integrate --clean /path/to/linux-next /path/to/my/5.15-kernel-source-git

But it fails stating it wanted to copy a file from new linux that only exists in the old linux

Have I understood that wrong?

Edit: it says it does not find …/lib/memneq.c which seems not existing there at least since 6.2 🤔

Edit2: I fear that it only backports 5.15 drivers to even older kernels 😮 so, I think I have to integrate lwfinger‘s rtw88 backport into my 5.15 kernel sources, somehow, after all
