Big UCLA and JJJ fan here. The only thing I wondered about was whether he’d have the athleticism to play on the perimeter in the NBA. Heat fans, how has he looked in that regard? Is he outmatched at all athletically?

Yeah. That extra college experience (combined with this smarts) make a big difference. He’s played in a lot of big games already. One final four and two sweet sixteens.

They over-paid, but he’ll be really good for them.

I doubt it.

  1. Too much parity - will be difficult to win enough rings to get in that discussion.

  2. I’m just not sure he’ll want to play long enough to have the necessary longevity

Getting into the top 15-20 discussion is definitely possible. Top 10 will be tough.

What are we ranking them based on? Franchise history? All-time roster? Peak seasons/era? Either Celtics or Lakers could be first (maybe even Bulls) depending on the criteria.

You could have just responded to the other post. But instead, I have this cluttering up my feed

I don’t disagree that they’re too low, but to be fair, they were a playin team last year
