There are 2 problems here.
- The company drawing a (probably underaged) character nude with a towel.
- The player base sexualizing a (probably underaged) character.

The volume of the PCB should be the same in both GPUs, the difference is that the 4090 has an enormous cooler/heat dissipation.
No. Unless you hide that you are in a VM and do GPU passthrough.
How can I block a publisher/developer on Steam?
Is this a thing with new GPUs? I've always connected my GPUs with 1 cable there was no option for 2. I currently have a RX5700 XT.

Good advice for people that is actually interested on trying new things on their machine. If the user just likes to complain about Windows but when presented a real solution they say "it's too much work" or "nah, it's weird and looks difficult", then it's a lost case.
