Plenty of forks out there that still work thankfully.

I think your mcDonald's is fucking up. I bought one maybe 3 months ago and it just had a spoon and regular straw. Paper straw for anything thicker than regular liquid is just brain dead.
Arcane was in production hell for like 6 years and according to the documentary on its making the story got scraped and rewritten at least once. Sometimes it works. Arcane is so good.
Idk man, Im not saying this to get into a flame war or anything but you're just having a snowflake take. I've never had issues with my paper straws while I'm eating. They last more than long enough for my slow ass to finish eating and sipping while talking and vibing with whoever I'm eating with.
Like with everything it's a spectrum. I've known republican restaurant owners who also hire undocumented people, as well as warehouse, construction and field jobs. The difference at least usually is that the left leaning owners vote in a way that would help those undocumented people vs Republicans that vote in a way that would hurt everyone that isn't exactly like them and in plenty of cases even hurt people who are exactly like them.
The time saved is the biggest factor for me. Our infrastructure blows so it would be significantly longer to go out and do stuff with public transport vs just using my car. When I visited Japan car time vs train time was comparable with like 2 to 5 minute difference depending on where you were going. That alone would have me taking the train significantly more often.
I'm in my early 30s and started taking hims about a year ago. I've definitely seen regrowth of hair in my slightly receding hairline, but it's just the more 'recent' stuff that had started falling out. I saw about a third of an inch regrowth, it isn't full on thick regrowth but it's enough to make a difference in how my hair looks.
I started taking it because it was as easy as just taking a pill in the morning, if it had been more involved like creams and stuff I wouldn't have bothered. My hairline wasn't all that bad either before tbh but I figured this product was to help keep it that way so I went for it.
If anyone is interested it's worth checking out their website for information about how it works and seeing before and after pics of people who take it.
It's a doctor prescription and you can do everything through the app including getting prescribed through in app texting with the doc.
I've also heard biotin pills help, these are otc and my hims prescription actually include some too. I can't verify how much they help by themselves but people online seem to think they do, it might be worth starting with some research there if a doctors prescription is too involved for you at this time.
They're gonna do the delay tactic too but this is more insidious.
The amount of money the husband is asking for isn't all that much, pennies to them and in the greater scheme of things this is a nothing suit to them, low stakes. Since it's low stakes they're trying this tactic first to see if it'll stick and create that dangerous precedent. I don't suspect it'll go through but with all these right wing pro capitalist judges it might, and it's worth trying for them since it's such a low stakes suit.
I've been doing this with them for a while. They get mad when you call em snowflakes and just hit em with no u.
Sounds like your feed might be a bit fucked. I constantly see stuff about Harris and walzs policies and stances.
Haven't played it either but the other dudes points are real. They seem to be listening to the community though so it's worth giving it a chance and speaking up, maybe you could steer it more toward the game you mentioned. Still alpha and they mentioned the gameplay could massively change, you never know.
For anyone reading this who wants an invite lemme know and I can shoot one over too.
The thing is, they most non chain restaurants could just buy locally and it'll be cheaper. It just takes some elbow grease and effort which owners don't wanna do for better quality stuff.
I know it's possible cause every trendy area I've gone to eat at has restaurants advertising local produce from farmers market and they're prices are always the same or cheaper than other trendy restaurants in the area.
