I wanted to ask of the Wine IRC channels, but apparently I am banned without every joining once before?

I've not used Freetube in a long time. But what I can say is to check if you have the latest version. In the latest available release of yt-dlp on Debian there is a bug where for some videos the Youtube servers would respond 403 Forbidden. It is fixed if you enable backports and install the newer release there. Might be related, might not. Depends if Freetube implements part of yt-dlp

Every privacy conscious person has its own threat model and the solutions they find most comfortable for them. This is a very important question.

The problem might be in the engine itsself, as the source code of the specific game is calling what seems to be generic text rendering features of the engine.

Are you SURE the SD Card or the partition/s of it are not damaged?

Nha. The Roblox dev team made a major fuckup.

Games work very well, and the ones that don't are few and present issues on other platforms too.

I think so. Unless they eventually want to end up in a legal battle.

I am very sure that any company that doesn't want to risk legal battles would respect your choice. If the usage of your voice is behind a contract, you can definitely ask what it will be about and what will be said with the freedom to refuse it.

Its the same situation of using without AI another company's brand to sponsor something else.

The part that the news line wants to point at probably is where it might be planned to use to create ads using podcaster's voices. I don't see what's the issue there is, now the podcasters can be paid to get their voice imitated for an ad they don't even have to practice the lines for.
