You don't, American toilets are weird and siphon the bowl out before filling it with water. The better design dumps water into the bowl from the cistern and flushes everything through.

Mighty is the best brand I've tried by a margin, they do a barista one but for an all round milk replacement the whole m.lk is great. They use a blend of oat and pea though I think

Windows 10 is still supported currently. When that changes I will update to windows 11, until then I have no reason to do so.

From a quick Google search, IVIG infusions are a treatment used in the NHS, so yes if a consultant started you on that treatment you would have it for life if necessary and it would cost you nothing.
