I get that r/nba loves hating the warriors, but two things of note for context:
this reporter is Tim Kawakami, who is a known bay area troll. This dude gets laughed out of the press room by half the 49ers players, and the Warriors have just sort of tolerated his presence for years. Literally all he does is bait for Twitter rage clicks.
The "bench Klay" narrative has been pushed by nephews all over during the last few weeks, and very few of those people actually watch the games. This was a very thinly veiled attempt to dig for a headline, and it worked. Grats, I guess?
