Cut him off like the cancer he is, even if he stayed onboard he'll just sabotage the ship somewhere down the line. Making a game is suppose to be something that comes from passion, and it's clear that he does not have that, nor the professional capabilities to be a decent coworker.

  1. Custom paper packaging
  2. Freedom to customize every aspect of the packaging, I speak english in a Mandarin dominated field
  3. literally any corps/distributors that needs paper packaging

I know there's more than 10 already in the comments, but I still hope for some advice as I've not much experience. Anyone other than OP is welcomed too !

You can start looking yourself, tons of manufacturers on Alibaba. Vetting them is the hard part, shipping samples can get costly both in time and money real quick.

I've started looking for such companies in my country, what I'm clueless at is how to identify buyers of manufacturers. Pitching and securing the deal comes later, I need to first learn how to locate these companies in the first place.

Also about the ally thing: I did not consider that AT ALL, thanks!

Edit: wording

Yes, makes communicating so much smoother, less space for misunderstandings.

I work with a custom packaging manufacturing business in China, ranging from custom giftboxes to ordinary cardboard boxes, you name it they make it. The obvious route would be to link up with distributors and/or companies that use our products, but how do I get there? I barely have any experience in this industry, and most of our clients are either ancient or small businesses.

How do I locate distributors/vendors or even better, actual companies that wants to buy packaging? I've tried hiring people off Fiverr for potential leads, but most of them tells me it can't be done for some reason. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

If you're still contemplating OP, take the money and exit! Or altenatively, you could try asking if you could still stay on board for a period of time, to provide feedback etc.

I promise you, the relief will come. Mental health is important and I think you've slogged enough for a well deserved break.

You seem to have tons of experience in this area, is there anyway I can pick your brain? My family runs a manufacturing business and I've been trying to help them distribute/ or find distributors, but can't figure out how to crack it.

It's great that you're building a community to foster healthier habits, but i fail to see how this will be a profitable business for you. Could you humor me and explain?

You can easily offer the 6 some free food/drinks and/or discounts on future events or some exclusive access. The original advice above is exactly what I would do, fill the room up however you can and use that as an opportunity to do better next time! Onward!

You can try thomasnet, madeinchina, alibaba etc. Time-wise i'm not sure how quick the process will be, as ideally you still have to vet them for quality, receive samples, not to mention shipping time.
