Which Android phones have satellite access? I saw Qualcomm came out with hardware in the beginning of the year that can also sms over satellite but haven't seen an Android phone with it yet.

Most mail services will block self hosted mail servers because you have no IP reputation or if you're using a VPS could have an IP that previously ended up on a blacklist.

AMP is so terrible I paid for a safari extension (amplosion by the dev of Apollo) just to get rid of it.

Are you running your own mail server?

Are you using cloudflare? I had this problem and it was because I had rocket launcher enabled.

Same, I started with Lemmy.world to begin with because I didn't really understand the fediverse and didn't want to go through choosing. After I understood federation more I set up my own instance. If I didn't start with Lemmy.world I probably wouldn't have tried Lemmy at all.

Them having their own instance would serve the same purpose as being verified because of the domain.

I don't remember what project it was our what my suggestion was but a few years ago I posted a suggestion on GitHub and got a nasty response from the developer saying it was a crappy idea and attacking me. They didn't state WHY they thought it was a bad idea. Very childish. I haven't posted suggestions since then.

Same, my stuff continuing to work relies on thoughts and prayers.

Instead of linking vps to the affiliate link it would be better to add something below it like "We recommend hetzner " which would be the hetzner link and at the bottom of the page add " we may earn compensation for affiliate links" or something like that. I would expect clicking vps to go to something explaining what a vps is, not to a certain provider.
