As a biochemist I would highly recommend AGAINST making your own medication as long as you are not in a 3rd world country like the US.
Not trying to defend pharma here but there is a reason why pharma companies have to check every batch of any product they make.
However if it's between risking contaminated drugs and dying? That's not really a choice!
I don't think the lore part matters that would just be good game development, after all you will never be able to make a game for everyome. But I can see how the heavy censorship is tipping the scale in their favor.

I just found my way back into Hell Let Loose so I'll probably stick woth it for a bit.
Singleplayerwise I am currently trying to get through Kingdome Come Deliverance. But it's hard to fimd the time.
When I don't have much time or feel like a bit of casual gaming I play a round of Hearthstone Battlegrounds :)
