I need help cancelling my subscription but when it brings me to the “give us a reason why” when I do it never loads to the next page. My wifi is fine

I don’t think it’s the rims I think they just put a microphone right fucking next to it bc even the swishes are loud as hell

I have league pass for the nba app and I can’t watch the game yet it advertised that I can watch ANY game. Can anyone tell me why?
