PP's definitely improved as a pure PG this season. I always thought he needed to be more than just a scorer if he wanted a long-term rotational role.
Swarthykins
I know it's partly due to injuries, but I like that the team is finally at the point where they can confidently experiment during the regular season without worrying too much about screwing themselves for playoff seeding. Just giving subs opportunities to shine and grow is so important, and it's tough to do if you're scratching for every game.
How's Banton looking? I kinda dug what I saw from him in garbage time.
I've been saying for a while - if Tatum can get back up to 36%-38% on those stepbacks again, he's pretty unstoppable. With his height, long arms, and high release point, it's impossible to block, and it opens up the rest of his game.
I know we can't have everything, but I really wish we'd found a way to keep Grant. KP definitely struggles against physical centers, and one of Grant's best skills was making life difficult for those guys.
My man Fast PP shooting 26.7% from the field and 16.7% from 3 this season. Yikes.
Man, Pritchard can't buy a bucket this season. He's missing so many shots he usually makes.
I guess Wemby and the Knicks are a big objective draw, but I'm a little surprised ESPN took that game over this one.
I'm curious how Porzingis does this game. I thought he got bullied inside physically last game, and it seemed to jibe with some criticism I've seen of him. He's going to have to figure out how to be effective going through Giannis/Lopez, Bam, and the Sixers in the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Not sure I've seen a team give up at halftime quite like that before. They just looked completely lost on offense without Haliburton.
Doc and Doris both slurping up Draymond. Green definitely has a hard-on for Gobert and I factor that in a lot.
