There’s just such a big difference in cities. No owner is going to want to move a team from Philly. Plus you have the Eagles, Phillies, and Penguins. OKC is not exactly the hottest market and the Thunder are all we have. The leverage situation is just so much different that this comparison just isn’t relevant

I guess the value may go up some just because they play in a nicer place? It’s not like they will own the arena so there’s not a tangible asset they gain
