An outside consultant would be your best bet. What sort of processes? What's the business?

If you could give anyone one piece of advice to ensure success, what would it be?

What's your experience? What will sell in enough quantities to reach your goal?

If I were in your shoes. I'd start at your figure of one million. And then make a plan backwards on how you're going to get there.

You say e-commerce, you need to calculate how many sales you need and how you're going to achieve those sales.

A concise plan is how you achieve your goal.

I'd start with industries you've worked with/in to build credibility

Consulting for businesses, teaching or coaching I'd say.
