The Phoenix Suns are trading two-time NBA Finals MVP Kevin Durant to the Houston Rockets for Jalen Green, Dillon Brooks, the No. 10 pick in the 2025 draft and five second-round picks, sources tell ESPN.

Does really feel like this is the most balanced team we’ve seen in a long time. Tyrese is definitely a star as well as Siakam/Turner but none are really top 10. Their depth has been the difference maker.

Crazy it’s been nearly a decade since the last one.

Both teams just forgot how to shoot 3s for most of that half. That was brutal.

Worse game Jokić has had for the playoffs and they somehow pull off the win. MPJ was huge for them; give him a ton of props for playing through the injury.

Yeah the wolves really should win this but IF Steph comes back for game 5 all the warriors really need to do is win 1 of the next 3 to keep it tied until he’s back.

You’d have to think think Butler can carry them to at least 1 win especially with 2 home games in that stretch.

What a game!

Edit:

Not sure my blood pressure can take this for much longer lol but I’ll take the win!

I was confident nuggets would win this one but if you had told me Jokic and Murray would start 0-8 I would not have expected a game like this.

Glad he’s able to still have a role in the organization that’s likely a lot less physically demanding given his health issues.

If Murray and Denver’s bench plays like that most of the playoffs Nuggets are winning it all

Yeah it would’ve been nice if the pairing had worked out, maybe a different coach could’ve figured it out.

The market for Giannis is going to be interesting. I think the bucks respect him enough to listen to where he wants to go which would be a contender but with his salary and the bucks wanting picks it does limit that a bit.

Maybe Houston especially if they lose in the first round? OKC has picks and young players but if they win it this year they probably don’t make a major move like that. Maybe a 3 team with the Pelicans involved in some way so the bucks get their own picks back and the Pelicans can shuffle players if they want to change things up?

Probably won’t know until the offseason as we see who underperforms expectations.

I don’t doubt that they care more about Lukas timeline but not sure the Williams trade was going to be enough for a true run anyway so why go through with it if there were legitimate concerns?

I haven’t really kept up with the fallout from the rescinded trade so not sure if they ever found out what was wrong with him?

Really unfortunate news given how hard he worked to come back after the blood clot in record time. Hope he can have a good recovery.

Going to be some tough decisions this summer for the Bucks.

Given Dame is likely out all next year and they haven’t played all that great even with him you have to think the offseason starts with them seeing if Giannis still wants to stay.

You’re basically going to go into next season planning on the 2nd round being your absolute ceiling and Dame has a player option the year after as well so you won’t have cap space for awhile.

They don’t have control of their own pick until like 2031 and won’t have any cap space to make moves outside of trades and I don’t know how much you can really get when you’re mostly minimum deals outside of Portis and Kuzma.

I know Giannis has said he’ll stay as long as their contending but it’s pretty clear that’s not going to be happening so it may be mutually beneficial for both him and the bucks to look for a trade this offseason as much as it pains me to say that as a fan of the Bucks.
