I was expecting some sort of hovercar ...

I was on the same boat few days ago, I pulled out my 2010 CR48, Atom processor and 2GB ram.

I end up with Archlinux with xcfe DE, a tad slow but completely workable.

Yup, it is quite ideal for inner-city traffic.

Complicated, within the city limits is quite good, many malls have charger in their parkings and many solar charger parkings are appearing, however long distance driving is still not ideal (either no charging stations or charging stations are broken), people mainly purchase EVs as backup car.

Yup, retail is really toxic

This is strange, I distinctly remember school buses have seatbelts when I was on it. Has things changed this much?

+1, I never understand how influencer is a thing. They are basically getting paid by selling you stuff, its a conflict of interest.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but all these better alternative have "better" price tags.

My thought exactly, I have read some pieces regarding the age of PSP and how the newer retro handhelds are stronger, but as I read further many of the handhelds aren't powerful enough to emulate PSP ...
