Playing through Baldur's Gate 3 now, and I see what they did. It's sex up front. Within the first couple of hours you're boinking your interest. It's not until act III - potentially dozens of hours later - when you get to the actual romance part of the relationship. It's an interesting take. At least with the couple of romance plots I've seen.

I only pirate music and books anymore. I do consume it all. Well, most of it. Sometimes I'll download a series of books and not jive with the first one or something. The music always gets listened to. More than once, too! I'm easy to please. Or I have good taste.
I think I remember making some in university. Probably with vodka. That was ... oh shit... years ago.
2027-2032 is going to be a wild ride.
Robert Eggers' The Lighthouse is set next to a real life lighthouse in my hometown. I used to go crawl around on the rocks so much so that I recognize some of them in the trailer. I haven't watched it yet since I don't find much time for movies anymore. I'm really looking forward to it. Horror movies also happen to be my thing, but my to-watch list is huge at this point.
Ehh. What's the average age around here? I'm guessing it wasn't the youth that migrated from Reddit.
I drove my daughter to ballet class for the glory of the empire!
Holy crap, I am a huge fan of both Star Trek and synthesizers and I never made this connection...
Did Lucas actually add to or change anything about the movie for the 1981 re-release with "Episode IV: A New Hope" other than just the title scroll?
I got more curious, so I did some searching, and I just can't. Turns out Musk has some absurd number of children with several different women. And I only found that out through some pop culture/celebrity worship/exploitation websites I'd rather not have in my search history. I couldn't even find the name or age of the child in question (probably for the best, I wouldn't want my children to go through this, either), though it seems of the three children he had with Grimes, the oldest just turned 4. That's a bit young to even know what disowning is.
Not to play down how absolutely terrible I'm sure Musk is as a father, but her mum's also loaded. That would certainly make the decision easier.
Yeah, maybe work on making their switches not start double-clicking after a couple of years first.
I'm on my third-or-fourth one that has done this to me. Once this one gets too bad (they inevitably do) I am through with them. It's a shame because I really do like their peripherals. The mouse that convinced to keep buying them was an excellent device that lasted a very long time and I only replaced because it was a dinosaur. I used their solar powered keyboard for a decade-and-a-half, too, until I accidentally dropped something on it and broke it. Now, the switches in their mice die on me after a year or two without fail. They've clearly cheaped out on components. Fuck em. Goodbye Logitech. I will not miss their software.
