They may be referring to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Selective_Service_System

I agree. The comment was intended to be a humorous take on the proximity of the two advertised products.

My initial reaction is that it strongly feels like junk science, but I'm also not in the health field. Moreover, if somebody had shown that image without text and asked me what the product was for, face sculpting wouldn't have been my first guess (or second, or third).

Silicone for face lifting... And you get 5 of them. In case you wear them out, you know, lifting your face.

I like how they also advertise a kit to clean up the inevitable mess you're going to make with the air pistol they sell.
