Wow, is it possible to have so many traveling experiences and still be closed minded enough to accept an ideology like the red pill? That seems wild to me, but I guess those destined to be sheep will be sheep.

If they go back and ask you're 100% certified fucked because you knowingly would have lied to your company on paper no less.

This is something to post on r/travelpartners and not here.

You're not really nomading if you're just going to one place and then heading back home. You're looking to live in Barcelona for a year. Would I take a year off to do this? No, I'd much rather visit 12 cities in that time.

I'd say you save around 25% or so usually. I'm not a fan of hotels because I do like to cook at home the majority of the time. Some hotels I have stayed at will have a kitchenette, but not too many pots and pans. Meanwhile every Airbnb I've stayed at usually has a decently stocked kitchen. The essentials are always there at least.

I envy you. I hope to get to that point one day.

If I am traveling somewhere new and it's international then yes. When I stay somewhere regularly I usually try to befriend the hosts and either book directly with them next time or possibly rent from a friend of theirs. I hate how much money Airbnb has made off of me over the years and with the way they have treated me I don't feel like they've earned it.

Nomading and dating is so tough for me. I'm in my mid 30s and heading to Thailand in December, so maybe I will luck out like you did.

Personally I'd stay in the garden district, marigny, or bywater. With your budget you might have to stay somewhere less centrally located though.

That budget, legal weed, and no snow doesn't leave you with all that many options. My recommendation would be New Orleans for Mardi gras season otherwise.
