Hello, this was my grandpa's watch and when he passed away my grandmother wore it for some time. And today I found it. Do you know the possible year that the watch was made ?

Hello, this was my grandfather's watch. When I searched online on most of them it said underneath made in USSR, but this one doesn't say that. Does it mean that it was made after USSR? in c/watches@style.land
