2. What is art? And what does it mean for it to become "lost"?

Isn't it the client (i.e. the browser) that holds back randomly? The server for any service can't force clients to send an attestation.

Software is not weed, it is not an automatic assault rifle, it is information. You could literally speak the binary encoding of the software aloud if you had enough time, and I'm pretty sure freedom of speech is a right everyone has.

Hmmm, its those kinds of extreme statements that make me a bit suspicious. Is global warming really an extinction level event? I can imagine terrible civil wars over resources and increasing displacement from natural disasters, but total eradication of the human race is afaik not a possible result of global warming.
