Immich is pretty great! I use it. Uploaded more than 25 thousand images and videos. It's pretty fast depending on the machine, in my case I have a i5 8th gen with 24gb ram
For Spotify... Qobuz! Im using it, its pretty great! Even has sync between devices! Or navidrome with Symphonium (needs to have music) for local music.
For keyboard i use heliboard
