Having used Azure for a few years now I feel like that might not be entirely on Comcast.
They're probably not shooting for the next generation, they know that's lost. They're shooting for the ones after, when they've stripped the education system dry and can more easily exploit the naivety while their own kids take over. It's generational planning.
Maybe I'm wrong but I think the "presence" part is like "how's my presence as I'm speaking right now?" At least from the context that's what I'm reading. More of a coaching feature and like "you're not pausing enough, or too much."
