Enabling the Session Bus Access permission fixes it. The issue seems to just be that the permission is disabled by default.

I (currently) only use it for my passwords and my music between my laptop and my phone, but it's incredibly useful, even for just those 2 things.

You can Ctrl-F and search for services that are in your PW manager.
