It's in the latest nightly build. Someone made a nice guide on how to use it with Obtainium: https://lemmy.one/comment/2026693
The new version will be released in a few days if everything goes fine.
I think they are referring to the changes I've made to the user/community pages
Thank you for your feedback. The new "statistics block" is something I wanted to experiment with. Personally, I prefer this one, but I could certainly add an option to hide it or switch back to the old one.
Regarding your question about why the timestamp on posts was moved, there wasn't enough space to display the full/qualified names for users and communities. This often resulted in many undesired line breaks. Here's the issue where this was discussed, and there are screenshots of other alternatives. I could implement those alternatives as configurable options.
Maybe just “Eternity”?
It's also better if we want to support other platforms, such as kbin.
As far as I know, we can change the title (i.e. Infinity for Lemmy), but we cannot change the url/qualifed name(i.e. !infinityforlemmy@lemdro.id) for the community.
Sorry for the confusion. This option should be disabled if you want images to appear in their full sizes.
Yes, that makes sense. For example, "Infinity for Reddit" appears as just "Infinity" when you install the app. So "Eternity" could work similarly.
There are a few ways to get it:
-
You can add the repo to F-Droid with this link: https://bazsalanszky.codeberg.page/fdroid/repo
-
You can also use Obtainium as described by this comment: https://lemmy.toldi.eu/comment/249655
-
Or you can download the apk directly from here: https://codeberg.org/Bazsalanszky/pages/raw/branch/main/fdroid/repo/eu.toldi.infinityforlemmy.nightly.apk
By default, I think it’s just Active or something. I’ll have to verify…
In your first screenshot it it says Top on the app bar. There were some issues with that (I was able to replicate your issue with top month), so I think you should try a nightly build and see if the issue persists for you. If it does It might worth opening a Codeberg ticket for it.
I've added an option to disable the stat blocks entirely. There's a separate option to disable the post/comment scores for user pages.
