Unless you have Comcast or Mediacom. They have you on a DHCP WAN IP. My IP changed roughly every month for a while. Had to upgrade to fiber and specifically pay for a dedicated WAN IP.

These were a deal I got some years ago on Amazon. I paid maybe $200 each but they didn’t come with hard drives or a backup power supply. I’ve been adding parts to them every paycheck since.

HP Proliant DL360 G7

 

Currently I’ve built a pseudo air purifier by attaching five 20”x20”x1” air filters to a 20” box fan. This configuration is used as a cooling system for my rack. (Yes, my middle server is missing its backup power supply. Funding is limited but is on the list to purchase.)

What is everyone else using for cooling solutions?
