There are some scenarios, where biking can have negative effects on elderly people: Those cases where there is no explicit cycling infrastructure and foot and bike traffic is squeezed together. Or when elderly people are in need of a parking spot near to their homes and have no possibilities to park on their own property. But the real problem in those cases is bad planning.

But those dickheads in the video had clearly no interest to speak about real problems.

Meh, Brave is still Chroium. Even if they continue to support manifest v2, even today the are selling „good“ ads to the users. That and the Crypto bullshit they tried a while ago makes them untrustworthy in my eyes.

Firefox is the only real alternative.

Why do they quote the piece of shit Trump with his stupid framing? Crooked this, sleepy that … stop that!

I looked it up in F-Droid. It is only available in the IzzyOnDroid repo. StreetMeasure relies on ARCode and the Google Play Services for AR, so it is against F-Droids inclusion policy.

Thank you for the tip. Installed.

Ta add another one: StreetMeasure. But I think that will be suggested in SC if you don't have it installed?

I scan nearly all the crap that comes in through my (physical) mailbox and throw it away. My trusty Brother multi laser thingy sends it to me per e-mail and I can sort it later, when the PC is on. Once a month or so, I need to print some pages and it does that, too. Awesome thing, wouldn't want to miss it.

As a german I can't remember, when I used a fax the last time. I think, I have sent two or three faxes in my whole life and that was long ago. But while I am pretty sure, some administrations still use that shit, I cannot imagine, anyone in Germany used a floppy after the 90th. Maybe some retro freaks or an ancient tecnological device that resist to die. But that would really be an exemption.

Fucking excel sheets, though …

Yesss! My first five minutes with OpenSuse.

I mean, you can change that behaviour somehow. But there are so many other small things like the constant vendor changes. Zypper is just so quirky. It's a cool distro and to have a rolling release option like tumbleweed is always a big plus in my opinion, but I just wouldn't recommend it to people who are not really eager to play around with their distro.

Ah, OpenSuse. The distro with the package management that spams your drive full of unnecessary optional dependencies.

Would always recommend EndeavourOS.

There are none.

That doesn't work. Either there is physical proof or there is none. Afaik the latter is correct.

Yeah, it runs on Linux. After the last update, my PC transformed a bit into a heat pump, though.
