Looks like criterium was some sort of fund before it lost its money
Put their money into Kingate Global/Euro, which in its own terms was a feeder fund for Bernie Madoffs securities firm and went bust when Madoff did, and (I think) is still in liquidation till today.
Very cool watch, never seen that one! A well done twotone too, not a big fan of that usually.
