I think you replied to the wrong comment. I was asking what was the use case for Pg Up/Down and Home/End that prevented OP to buy a Framework

Personally, I tend to use vim modes everywhere so I don't really need those but I always thought that on a laptop they were too far away to be useful anyhoo.

Weak hinges, even the default on the 12th but that's tolerable. Apart from that ? None

 

Hi all, I have a 12thgen framework.

I am a bit saddened by the fact that, as of recently, the left side of my trackpad offers so little resistance that it accidentally clicks when using it to move around the pointer. Right side is still fine. Is there any kind of operation I can attempt to get it back or do I have to change the piece completely ?

If that's the case, do I have to pay 109 euros and get a new keyboard ? Can't we buy the input cover on its own without ?

Finally, it's less than a year old. Do I have any chance of getting anything from support ? At least free shipping, of half the price of the part ?
