Using they/them pronouns is confusing and difficult to read because one always thinks of a plurality of people. Why not just pick new words to use? in c/nostupidquestions@lemmy.world

That's a good explanation. English isn't my native language, and I always found the they/them weird sounding. With that sentence of the customer you made it click for me. Thanks!
