Yes, although due to the nature of the NGO (environmental conservation) most of the ads and boosts are "political".

I'm working for an Australian NGO, paying tax in Australia, and I'm an Australian resident. I already have my identity verified in Australia to run political ads in Australia. I'm in Thailand and Facebook is blocking me from running ads in Australia. When I publish an ad or a boost, Facebook rejects them, because, it says, I'm in another country. Surely they must be thousands of social media managers trying to do the same? Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?
