but that's worse because that means they're voluntarily spouting off russian propaganda on their own accord...

to be fair it was originally not opt in but it was mastodon users who made an issue about it and forced the opt in version

and bsky has multiple algorithms because individual issues can create lists and feeds tailored to their needs.

it also has a straight forward following feed

i mean that's pretty much already done via third party and endorsed by the bsky team (i can already follow mastodon users on bsky and bsky users on mastodon);

except they adopted atproto because it fixed issues with activitypub portability and sharing

would really love playstation to come out with a hybrid switch/steam deck design because i honestly can't comprehend having a console that i can't take with me and play on the go anymore.

major overhaul is doing a lot of heavy lifting for something that is effectively one extra swipe down.

it's always been full of hatred; it just had a trust and safety team that attempted to do something about it before elon.
