i don't think jack funded it he was just an original board member; but he left the board a month or two ago.
meta does get pointed out but not as much since meta actually does things to combat csam.
twitter gets called out ALL the time mostly because elon himself is intervening to reinstate people who share csam because he firedall the trust and safety teams.
they don't realize that the only reason the entertainment industry "killed piracy" ten years ago was because you could get netflix and hulu for about $14 and it included dvds... and it was all you needed.
weird how it became a false positive only when they got called out
please google "dustin carmack" and then fediblock threads.
Considering Meta is doubling down on disinformation, more people should go to Mastodon and Bsky over Threads or Twitter.
the only thing i wish firefox/fennec mobile had was a native tablet ui (like chrome). :/
