Russia has always been... not very tolerant... of Muslims in their borders. Cough cough Chechen genocide ca. late 1700s to 2010s

Apparently he actually died in his car 2 days after a fruitless police raid, allegedly of "heart attack".

Compared to Japan, I mean yeah. Living in Japan & South Korea is absolutely hell, they're probably some of the most conservative governments/societies in the world, certainly the most conservative in the first world.

Russia has pretty high gun ownership... comparable to Europe/Australia and not far from Canada. The US has like 4x the guns per capita as the next highest countries, and it's far from the most free.

I don't think 15:1 is needed, I think 10:1 or even 5:1 would be fine. The limiting factor then is just ammo

at firehouse subs a gluten free roll costs +$1.50, they don't even prepare it separately from normal bread and use all the same tools for it (except for not cutting it) so it's not actually properly gluten-free, it's almost certainly contaminated with gluten.

jersey mikes also charges +$1.50 (medium) to +$3.00 (large) to get gluten-free bread, but at least they have to go through a whole ritual to prepare it where they use COMPLETELY different tools and gloves and stuff, and it is generally actually non-contaminated unless, you specify that it's not for allergies.

source: i worked at both firehouse subs and jersey mikes before, i fucking hated when people ordered gluten-free at jersey mikes but i always did it as required obviously. i didn't actually ever charge extra to people who were getting gluten free because i didn't know that was an option on the cash register at first lol, but even after i learned i just forgot / didn't care enough to do it. some people were really grateful and thanked me after seeing me go through an entire process to make sure the gluten-free sub had no gluten on it

massive correlation with being trans, and being super adhd/asd/french/some other mental disorder (having one disorder means you have a strong possibility of having others, they're all extremely tied into each other, including gender dysphoria) which are things that cause you to be significantly more likely to spend a majority of your time on the internet and on obscure/nerdy/highly derived forums for various complicated and straightforward reasons.

being a social outcast also may push people towards corners of the internet, and trans people are often social outcasts even if they don't have some other disability causing them to be (especially those from more rural/more conservative or religious areas)

Wtf even does "the current generations" mean? Whenever people say "the newer generation" or "the young generation" or something they just sound so fucking incompetent.

I can +1 this, a looong time ago I tried uninstalling Microsoft Edge and it made the system go ballistic. Every time I clicked a link, instead of going to my default browser (Chrome then) it would just open a completely broken Edge window with no functionality. Any time I tried to change settings, it'd do the same thing. Anything to do with touching the internet got fucked. I spent hours trying to reinstall Edge, contacting a Microsoft support person who was useless, before I realized that the official site only provides the Windows download for Edge if you set your user agent with... any system other than Windows. Huh.
