this is a choice everyone should be allowed to make. although i understand the concerns of the disabled woman in the video (for example, Canada's MAID has some alarming issues) she is wrong to imply access to assisted suicide means disabled people are not worth as much as abled people. unfortunately, capitalists would rather kill sick people than spend money to save them, so abuse will occur as long as profit is part of our culture, but dying on your own terms as opposed to the whims of an illness is giving you your control back. there is no humanity in suffering. we don't even let terminal patients suffer, we pump them full of drugs. everyone should have the right to avoid a prolonged, painful death.

yup, it's frustrating as hell. it sounds like it makes sense though, so many people just accept it without thinking. there are far more voters who become suppressed because of voter ID laws than any voter ID law has prevented or stopped illegal voting. it's ridiculous. i beg of liberals to just fucking do any research about it at all, please.

you're assuming those things aren't being done simultaneously. additionally, the type of misplaced violent rage you will continue to witness is born from oppression and having no voice or power. eventually, the caged animal thrashes regardless of what it damages, itself included. it might not be rational or logical but it has to be expected as an outcome. we are not going to stop people from burning shit down. it simply will never happen. too many people feel they have no other way to make it known that fascism will not be the way of life here than to scare the shit out of our leaders through violence and a demonstration of the people's willingness to execute.
