I agree with jordanlund, and consider "comics" as reading. Just read what you enjoy, but nothing wrong with trying out different stuff and see if anything catches your fancy. For instance, I recently learned about autobiographical graphic novels, basically, they are memoirs or auto biographies, but in comic format. Persepolis and Maus are couple of famous examples.
Thanks for the info. I am willing to make exceptions for writers who are consistent and I enjoy. Will check it out.
lol, guess now I have to get it.
Yeah, Turn Coat was pretty interesting. And you are right, it's difficult to pick, so I am not even going to try 😀
Cool. Adding it to my list.
Ah, didn't know it was published in serialized form. Such books benefit greatly from a good edit before getting published in a book form. Too late for The Count of Monte Cristo now though.
I fell off Dracula Daily somewhere in first quarter, and wasn't able to catch up. So will just try again next year. Or maybe just re-read the physical book once again.
Murderbot series is probably the most read book here, maybe I should start keeping tally of which author and book is mentioned how many times. Might be an interesting stat. Too much work though.
I love his writing, but I am afraid to start another unfinished series by Butcher. Maybe in a few years, if he keeps releasing books regularly.
How are you liking it so far?
Looking for new (and finished) urban fantasy to start, so would love to hear your thoughts on War for the Oaks, specially as you progress into the series.
That was an interesting post, and a very nice looking library.
