Nice! I wonder how Mistal Openorca would compare to something fine-tuned for IE tasks, like GoLLIE

What percent of your usage of LLMs are closed-source ones (GPT, Claude, etc.) and what percent are open source ones (Llama, Mistral, etc.)? Pick the answer that's closest to you. in c/localllama@poweruser.forum

I have a shitty ass old macbook air so I've messed with some open-source stuff on Colab, but otherwise feel pretty limited. If I wasn't so busy at work I'd probably spring for some cloud computer but am too stingy.

I lurk this sub as a DA who doesn't work with LLMs. I've seen the new executive order on AI in the US, and that the reaction to it is generally negative from the people on this sub.

Can someone explain to me why people in this community and other AI/ML/LLM/CS communities are critical of the Biden's new executive order on AI?
