That sounds brilliant, I wish mine did that, this thing feels like it's made of incredibly bulky paper mache

How does the performance hold up to modern android versions? My 4 is feeling a little slow already and supposedly the 5 has a similar CPU in it

Which one do you have?

I've also noticed the ghost touches on the 4, I don't think it's fixed entirely. Quite often have to physically put down the phone on a table to be able to press a button on the screen because I think it's somehow picking up my palm even when it's not touching the glass at all

I tried taking the whole charging port out and going at it with a little brush, no improvement.

As I use my phone as my primary means of payment I've unfortunately just had to shell out £20 for a new one which I am not happy about (postage, VAT, other bullshit)

Switch controllers can be weird but that's probably just because I always try to remap them to Xbox layout and certain games disagree

Personally I've been using outlook via pwa for months anyway

If they're gonna put it in an electron container anyway you be may as well cut out the middleman and just use the web app Microsoft's ones are actually quite good now

I thought outlook had been electron for a while

I've been using the outlook pwa on Linux for some time with no issues, maybe try that instead if it's causing problems for you on windows?

Usually the reaction you'll get trying to convince someone to use an operating system when they don't know or care what an operating system is

I'd like to interject for a moment, what you're referring to as Linux is actually gnu/linux/churbleyimyam

I always thought hexbear pronouns were making fun of trans people given some of them have like 10 sets and some of them are things like comrade

That's fair, personally keybindings always struck me as something easier to automate than pay for

That's sick, unfortunately too late, ended up ditching full fat vs, employer wouldn't pay for rider so I just went full into vscode and then vim/helix

What do you use Rider for that can't be easily done via CLI?

Makes it work universally, even if the gui isn't made with a standard toolkit

Also it's ai they don't care about efficiency

  • Don't harm others, unless to prevent them harming you or someone else, in this case it should be a response deemed appropriate by society (don't murder someone because they stole your wallet)

  • Don't take more from society than you give back

  • Don't mislead, cheat, misinform or otherwise lie to others
