I like wezterm a lot but lately have not been impressed with some breaking changes on the main branch. I know its basically a nightly release, but that's the recommended way to install according to their website. The devs acknowledged it, and recommended using a tiling manager as the fix.

In Canada, at least in a city, it's rare that I can't find things for the same price or cheaper in local stores. Amazon comes in handy for harder to find items though I've been using Aliexpress more for those items lately.
I didn't know about this specifically, but I'm holding onto my 2017 ThinkPad until I can buy an Arm laptop and run Linux on it.
wezterm. Works great on wayland and the documentation is amazing. And it's built in rust if you're one of those people.
I have an old mini PC that I'm going to use with proxmox to share some of the load from my nas. Today I setup tailscale and for it working with unbound DNS so I can use my domain when connected.
It's endless!
What're people's opinions of the elected parks board? I genuinely don't know much about this issue.
Magit for Emacs is amazing. It helped me understand git.
For me, they both suck. I've been on Linux for close to 10 years now and continue to enjoy it more and more.
However, I will say, that if I need to recommend a computer to somebody who knows nothing about computers and doesn't want to know anything, I will recommend Apple. I die a little inside each time though, knowing about their right to repair and privacy policies.
Enter the Gungeon is amazing. I just played through Hades, and while it's a great game, Enter the Gungeon is still my favorite roguelite.
Everybody blaming shrinkflation and nobody mentioning how terribly low salmon stocks are right now.
I see no mention of what their fish are eating. One issue with farming carnivorous fish is that they need fish to eat and often that comes from fish pellets which are generally small fish caught in the ocean. So fish farming such as this ends up not really farming at all, but rather turning wild fish into farmed fish.
Or you could just go to university in Calgary or somewhere more affordable?
