love my lorex. local + blue iris... no subscription, bypass cloud, great alerts, 24/7 recording... perfect fit for me.

Does anyone have a video doorbell that loads fast enough to actually use it when someone is at the door? in c/homeautomation@selfhosted.forum

my lorex takes a while to load if i use the lorex app, so i just open blue iris, which is near instant. i also display the live feed on my tablets which are wall moumted in my house, i use this more than i'd have ever thought
