Only the stupider Canadians that don’t understand negotiating.

Awesome. The Kirkland products are generally high quality and reliable purchases.

I don’t pay anyone. Contractors do. At higher wages nobody would be working. See what’s happening in the US.

Houses being built my me and all of the excavation and framing are being done by visible minorities. Can’t tell if they qualify as migrants or not though but the only Europeans I see working on housing are doing electrical plumbing and HVAC.

He’s an ass and it played out great. I’d like to ask the journalist a few questions while he eats an apple.

Yup, even more on brand.

They eat their wounded.

Just can’t shut his felonious pie hole can he? lol. Such a clown.

Whatever. I’m building a 1.3 million dollar house right now. But at least it will have a basement suite to rent out for someone who can’t afford a SDH.

[–] fourish@lemmy.world 1 points 2 months ago (2 children)

That’s still a $1 million house easy unless you use subpar materials that fall apart and have no energy efficiency (cold in winter and hot in summer)

[–] fourish@lemmy.world 2 points 2 months ago (4 children)

Define cheaper. Building even a basic house is about 1.2 million now without fancy finishes, and that’s on top of land cost.

Let’s really inflame them. Cap their commissions at $5,000 per transaction. There’s no earthly reason it should be any more. Properties sell themselves now.

Just remember on election day, there’s no such thing as independents.

They’re mostly former liberals that threw in the towel after years of being irrelevant due to the criminal mess they created. Then when confronted with that irrelevance, decided to tried and failed to join conservatives to save their own hides.

Sellouts that can’t be trusted.
