it’s loves only year lol wut

RECORD: Love: 3-6 Rodgers: 3-6

Mayfield: 4-5 Brady: 4-5

TOTAL TOUCHDOWNS: Love: 16 Rodgers: 14

Mayfield: 14 Brady: 10

TOTAL TURNOVERS: Love: 10 Rodgers: 10

Mayfield: 5 Brady: 3

TOTAL YARDS: Love: 2,334 Rodgers: 2,293

Mayfield: 2,363 Brady: 2,649

PASSER RATING: Love: 80.5 Rodgers: 89.0

Mayfield: 93.7 Brady: 90.5

The only stat that these guy’s have that’s significantly different than their predecessor is that Love’s comp% is 58.5, whereas Rodgers’s was 64.7. Mayfield has had five 2+ td games, whereas Brady only had one.

It’s so weird. He is consistently bottom 5 or 10 in almost all stats, and yet his career record is 13-7. The Steelers haven’t had particularly stunning offenses the last two years, and their defenses have been statistically middle of the pack. It’s almost crazy that he has a winning record considering these are his game stats in his wins this season.

  • 15/30, 222 yards, 1 td, 1 int, 71.8 rating
  • 16/28, 235 yards, 2 tds, 108.5 rating
  • 18/32, 224 yards, 1 td, 88.5 rating
  • 17/25, 230 yards, 97.1 rating
  • 19/30, 160 yards, 1 td, 88.2 rating
  • 14/23, 126 yards, 75.6 rating

that means per win, he’s averaging

  • 16.5/28, 199.5 yards, 0.8 td, 0.1 int, 79.2 rating

I can’t think of a single team that would have a winning record with this quarterback play, and yet the Steelers continue to win. It’s so odd.
